Not Compatible
Designed for cross-compatibility, TECHSPEC® Precision Stages can be combined to provide the multi-axis linear,
angular and rotational motion needed for many applications. These durable stages are available in a range of sizes
and mounting con gurations. Use the compatibility chart below to easily build up multi-axis stage con gurations.
Stages listed horizontally in the “Top Stage” row mount on top of the stages listed in the “Bottom Stage” column.

Z-AXIS TRANSLATION
Attaching a linear stage to the Z- axis bracket in standard con guration causes
the load to be supported by the springs which can damage the stage. In order
to mount the stage in a Z con guration without damage, the micrometer and
locking mechanisms must be ipped. See website for instructional video.
THRU-HOLE MODELS
Linear Stages are available in thru-hole and solid top models. Solid top
models feature an M6 or ¼ -20 tapped hole in the center. Thru-hole models
feature a threaded center hole on the top plate with thru access through
the bottom plate. Compatible with standard S, C, and T-Mount components.
