Jenoptik JENar™ Silverline™ F-Theta Scanning Lenses provide at eld at the image plane and feature lowabsorption
fused silica substrates, making them suitable for high-power laser applications. These F-Theta
lenses o er high damage thresholds to handle beam powers of up to four kilowatts without active cooling
and are available in various wavelengths ranging from 266 nm to 1100 nm. With large processing areas up to
328 mm x 328 mm, low telecentricity errors, and di raction-limited image quality, these lenses allow for high spot
consistency and increased throughput over the entire scanning range. With their patented stackable mounting
technology, these lenses compensate for thermal stresses and improve the stability of the optical components,
ensuring high-precision adjustment and position control in OEM systems. Jenoptik JENar™ Silverline™ F-Theta
Scanning Lenses were specially developed for applications requiring high-power and short-pulse Nd:YAG,
Yb:doped, and ber laser sources and are used in conjunction with galvanometers and beam expanders.

and are used in conjunction with galvanometers, beam expanders, and laser sources. These F-Theta Lenses
feature compact form factors, o er a wide range of focal lengths up to 273 mm, and large scan elds up to
164 mm (X) x 164 mm (Y). Optimized for common ber laser sources and Nd:YAG fundamental or second
harmonic frequencies, these lenses are available in design wavelengths of 532 nm and 1064 nm with common
mounting threads for easy integration into galvo systems. Edmund Optics® F-Theta Lenses are a cost-e ective
solution for laser scanning and laser processing applications including laser marking, engraving, cutting, drilling,
and 3D modeling.
