TE-Cooled 350 – 1050 nm Fluorescence Spectrometers
• Thermoelectric (TE) Cooled for Low Dark Noise and High Stability
• Compact, High Throughput, and High Resolution
• Wide Spectral Response Range from UV to NIR
• Includes Spectral Data Acquisition and Analysis Software
TE-Cooled 350 - 1050 nm Fluorescence Spectrometers feature low dark noise and a compact crossed Czerny-
Turner optical bench design. TE cooling to 14°C ensures long-term operation stability and enables long integration
times without signal saturation. Signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range are improved by 4X when
compared to similar design non-TE cooled models. Spectral data acquisition and analysis software is included;
features include peak analysis, experiment setup, timeline monitoring, spectral math and processing. The TECooled
350 - 1050 nm Fluorescence Spectrometer is ideal for low light level detection and long-term monitoring
in fl uorescence, absorbance, refl ectance, and transmittance applications. #86-406 is specifi cally confi gured
with a wide 100 μm slit and cylindrical lens making it ideal for low light level fl uorescence applications
and broadband spectrum analysis. An integrated Linear Variable Filter (LVF) is included to eliminate second
order interference.

Laboratory Spectrometer
InGaAs NIR Spectrometers
• Cost-Eff ective Performance from 380 - 750 nm
• Lightweight, Compact Design
• USB Cable and Software Included
The Laboratory Spectrometer is a cost-eff ective solution to a variety of spectroscopy applications. The Laboratory
Spectrometer utilizes a 1024 element detector along with a built-in 16-bit digitizer to provide approximately
2,3 nm spectral resolution from 380 - 750 nm. These spectrometers are USB powered for simple system integration.
Note: USB cable and software are included. Software features the ability to capture single or continuous
spectra, dark subtraction, and intensity comparison.
• Wide Spectral Response Ranges
• High Resolution, Sensitivity, and Dynamic Range
• Thermo-Electric Cooling (TEC) for Low Dark Noise
InGaAs NIR Spectrometers off er high sensitivity and dynamic range and utilize high performance linear In-
GaAs sensors with thermo-electric cooling (TEC) to achieve low dark noise for demanding NIR applications.
Each spectrometer features an SMA905 termination for fi ber optic input with high speed USB 2.0 readout and
auxiliary GPIO ports. With confi gurable sensor operation modes and integration times of 200 μs to greater than
64sec, these NIR spectrometers can detect even the weakest infrared signals. Typical applications include chemometrics
and absorption spectroscopy, chemical, mineral and moisture analysis, telecommunication, laser
characterization, coarse ellipsometry, produce inspection, and defense.
InGaAs NIR Spectrometers come complete with data acquisition software. The software provides functions
of single or continuous data acquisitions in raw, dark subtracted, transmission/refl ectance and absorbance
modes, as well as advanced features such as timeline recording, data smoothing, background subtraction, peak
analysis and much more.
