Ultra-Broadband Complementary Chirped Mirror Pairs are designed to provide dispersion compensation for
ultrafast pulses of less than 3 fs. The matched mirrors feature out-of-phase group delay dispersion (GDD) oscillations
leading to a near-constant GDD performance with minimal oscillations. The broadband coating design
covers the most common ultrafast laser lines, including Ti:sapphire and Yb:doped fi ber, providing a negative
GDD of -60 fs2 and average refl ectance of >99% (p-polarization) from 650 - 1350 nm. The 3° angle of incidence
(AOI) allows many refl ections of the ultrafast pulse to eff ectively compensate for dispersion eff ects.

TECHSPEC® High Performance Low GDD Ultrafast Mirrors are designed to have high refl ectivity at a 45° angle
of incidence, making them ideal for ultrafast laser beam steering applications. These mirrors have a dispersion
compensating coating obtained through a precision ion beam sputtering (IBS) process, providing lower scatter
and absorption than traditional dielectric laser mirrors. TECHSPEC® High Performance Low GDD Ultrafast
Mirrors have a group delay dispersion (GDD) of near zero at their design wavelength range, minimizing dispersion
of the refl ected beam. Typical applications include use in the transport of femtosecond laser pulses.

Low Group Delay Dispersion (GDD) Ultrafast Mirrors are designed for applications utilizing Er:glass,
Ti:sapphire, or Ytterbium-doped lasers. These laser mirrors are optimized for maximum refl ection over broad
wavelength ranges with designs available for wavelengths between 360 and 3300 nm. The multilayer dielectric
coating is designed for minimal GDD, making them ideal for ultrafast beam transport applications. Low GDD
Ultrafast Mirrors feature low thermal coeffi cient substrates for applications with various ultrafast laser sources
such as Ti:sapphire, Yb:doped, fi ber, as well as OPA/OPO, and OPCPA systems.
