EO ADVANTAGE:
• Over 150 Standard Beam Expander Designs In Stock for Same Day Shipping
• Internal Custom Design Capabilities Including Quick Turn Semi-Custom
Development Based on Existing Standard Designs
• Dedicated Laser Assembly Metrology Including M2 Measurement
TECHSPEC® Beam Expanders are designed, assembled and tested by Edmund Optics® for a variety of
application spaces including material processing, medical, and research elds. Beam expanders are used
to increase the diameter of a laser beam while simultaneously decreasing the beam’s divergence. There
are many ways to accomplish this task, and given the application, certain design criteria need to be
considered. Edmund Optics® maintains over 150 beam expander designs in stock with accessory products,
o ering an in stock solution for many applications. For a more tailored solution Edmund Optics®
has extensive internal design, manufacturing, and metrology capabilities to create custom designs from
scratch or based on existing standard designs with your needs addressed.
