Optotune 10 mm Clear Aperture Industrial Focus-Tunable Lenses combine our Optotune Focus-Tunable Lenses with
C-mount compatible housings to ease mechanical integration into imaging systems. By applying a control current to the
lens via Hirose connection, Optotune 10 mm Clear Aperture Industrial Focus-Tunable Lenses provide an adjustment
range of +5 to +10 diopters. The ability to adjust focal length is ideal for replacing multi-lens focus or zoom systems.
To shift the focal range, use any 12 mm plano-convex (PCX) or plano-concave (PCV) lens with an edge thickness of less
than 4,7 mm as an offset lens. An Optotune 10 mm Clear Aperture Industrial Focus-Tunable Lens with a premounted
-150 mm N-BK7 PCV lens is available for imaging applications. Note: Hirose cables and Lens Driver sold separately.
Prescription data is available to model the effect an offset lens has on overall focal range.

otherwise required to alter the focal length of your imaging application. They feature large clear apertures and are offered
in many popular machine vision mounting options, making them ideal for inspection and detection systems. These lenses
offer continuous focusability from -2 to +3 diopters controlled by an industrial Hirose connection. The Optotune 16 mm
Clear Aperture Industrial Focus-Tunable Lenses exhibit no autofluorescence, reducing unwanted light on the detector and
feature integrated temperature sensing to provide open loop reproducibility typically within 0,1 diopters.

Optotune Electrically Focus-Tunable Lenses offer a singlelens
solution for focus and zoom objectives. Applying a control
current to each compact, plano-convex lens changes
their radius. Electrical manipulation of the radius allows for
a tuning range of 50 - 120 mm, providing an adjustable focal
length for a variety of purposes and negating the need for a
multi-lens system. The cover glasses are available with VIS
