TECHSPEC® Ultra Compact Objective Assemblies are EO’s smallest objective and are nearly the smallest available
in the market in their class of working distance, magnification, and resolution. These objectives are finite
conjugate by design, but achieve similar imaging performance of infinity corrected objectives and do not require a
secondary tube lens to generate an image on the sensor. Designed at 2X magnification, these objectives are easily
configurable to achieve 4X, 5X, 10X, 15X, and 20X magnifications with the addition of longer extension tubes.
The shortest objective length is 10,8 mm for 2X magnification, while the longest objective length will be roughly
180 mm for 20X magnification. TECHSPEC® Ultra Compact Objective Assemblies base optics utilize two different
numerical apertures and two different focal lengths for four objectives, with two different working distances of 9,9
mm and 11,4 mm respectively. Note: These objectives are ideal for simple customizations by adjusting magnification
with shorter or longer extension tubes, or to adjust numerical aperture and working distance by ultimately
changing the base optics in the objective which is also easily achievable.

These Nikon Finite Conjugate Objectives are excellent for simple high power imaging systems. These objectives
do not require a tube lens to be interfaced with an eyepiece or camera, although using our single tube
DIN Microscope permits a camera or eyepiece to be directly attached to the objective. These objectives feature
RMS threading for quick and easy integration with existing systems, making these objectives ideal for any application
requiring a high performance to cost ratio. Oil immersion is recommended for all 100X objectives to
achieve an NA higher than 1,0 (for optical use: low viscosity 150 cps, 0,5 oz tube with nd = 1,515, #86-834).

The Mitutoyo Compact Objectives are ideal replacements to commercial and biological grade microscope
objectives. An optimized compromise between physical size, numerical aperture, and working distance leads
to diffraction limited performance at a fraction of the size and cost of their infinity-corrected counterparts.
These objectives are easily integrated into C-Mount imaging systems with our Mitutoyo C-Mount Camera Tube
